Danger Pendles should be automatic starts for every serious team.

I too, think Treloar goes SP this year. He's in.

The problem I see with Treloar is he's coming off averaging 31 disposals, 3 marks, 6 tackles a game plus 13 goals. Is there really much room for improvement from that??

His DT average was 112, SC average was 111. The Super Premos tend to have a much higher DT/SC ratio.
Eg. Pendles DT average 106, SC average 118, Danger DT average 117, SC average 130.

To reach SP status Treloar will have to average 120 DT.

Treloars Improvement will come from the fact we have a forward line to kick the ball too

Moore, Elliot a Fit Fasolo

He is also one of the best centre corridor runners i have seen in a decade.

He will get better as the team gets better

How does that equate to a +10 increase in SC average though? Why is his DT/SC ratio so low?

Joel has been over 110 average for 7 of the last 8 years and the one off year he was carrying an injury. Plus he has the R12 bye and is 28 years old. Can't believe he's getting so little interest. I'm pretty keen to start with him.

The tightening of the too high/ducking rule may cost him a few points.

Agree with toxics post above.

First year at our club, disrupted preseason but as the season progressed he just got better and better as he meshed in and got fitter. He's a natural fit in Pies midfield. Absolute ball magnet and an excellent gut runner. Kicks goals. An all round player. I see him getting better than what he's already shown. SP better.

This kid will win a Brownlow before his career is done. Book it.

If by some miracle our defense manages to not cop 30 goals a match, then yes, we'll improve and we can make the top 8

in saying that, Buckley can GAGF!

That isn't much of a forward line..

Not sure if your question was SC related but I'll answer.

Despite our mediocre years, CD campaigners have rated our midfield as #1 in the comp. If we can improve the bookends we will definitely be better.

As for SC effect, the good mids will score well despite team position. See Gibbs, Dusty, Neale, Rocky, Zerrett.

Re coaches: they both might end up in the bin but I think Dimma goes first as Tigers won't have patience to wait till end of season to make that decision.

Less sideways football
More incentive to run and break tackles

Toxic said the team getting better will help him, which is usually true, I'll be picking Pendles and Treloar regardless as to how I think Collingwood will go.
It was more so a jab at our inept coaches...
That champion data stuff was pretty rubbish tho, had the Tiges at 4th i think, didn't take into account ruckmans, etc.
I can't see them dumping Dimma, had plenty of chances to do so this year. They'll just let the contract ride out.

I think the Tiges were reluctant to dump Dimma early on because of the hefty payout. Final year is different story if they're languishing mid season.

I doubt it. He doesn't duck, He lifts the tacklers arms, and he gets paid less often than the rules would dictate because the umps all know its him causing it.
They usually only pay him the more obvious ones, so I don't think his epic free's for high contact stat is gonna change much. I bloody hope it doesnt-It gotta be at least 15ppg of his SC average!

Yeah I agree I don't think he ducks, but I have a feeling the umps will be pretty harsh on him
