Fair enough mate.

I expect him to improve, only 21.

Bont has a tendency to score higher on very close games due to him being a game winner. I saw somewhere else (I think SuperCoachScores) that had his average in wins of 1-18 points was something insane like 135. In losses it was only 90, which is still alright, but in wins of more than 19 points he only averaged 97.
My worry with the Bont is whether the Bulldogs are going to have as many close games next year. You'd expect the young blokes to naturally progress (Bont included), they'd hope to not have as many players all die at the same time like they did this year, and they get Crameri back which you'd think would see them improve.
Does that mean less games for The Bont to come from the clouds and win the game for them and less of those big 140 scores?

Just went to check the numbers, it was on SCS. A bloke named Rowsus posted it, 137 Ave in wins of 1-18. Good read.

I can't have him. Bit surprised he's so popular. I think the dogs will fall off a cliff this year too so I'm not keen on anyone except probably Dahl.

Will guarantee i start with ZERO premo doggies.
Rookies if they arrive maybe

Any team without one of Dahlhaus or Macrae is taking the piss.

I don't think you NEED to start with one of them. There's enough options up forward to go around them in your starting team anyway. The Dogs have a fairly tough run in the first 8 weeks including two trips to Perth and one to Adelaide. I'd dare say that Kennedy and Deledio would be better picks than them both if you were looking in that SP range.

I also have a player around the $300 mark that is a Lockety lock that I need to fit inand I think he'll be a top 8 fwd, that will not be revealed until after lockout. It basically seems a battle between me and toxic for the $50k at this stage. The rest of you might as well stay in bed. :$

Same. No JJ, Bont, Dahl or McCrae for starters.

If the battle for the $50k is who can cum first in the circle jerk, you're a shoe in for the quinella.

Ah yes. The night I went Gaj over Danger for captain. Screwed my season in one night. Was on the back foot from then on.[/QUOTE]
Pants stretching stuff, I was a pain in the arse on this board but I was so happy.:):):)

Cripps was an absolute lock for mine before getting his back injury. Averaged 135+ over the last 6 games, from memory.

Does anyone have any insight into how players react after a 'stress reaction' in the back? The club is reporting that he will be good to go for Round 1.

Its a back injury. Obviously the only people who would really know what going on are the medical people, But I cant think of a player who has had a back complaint and got rid of it entirely. Tom Hawkins and Griffin are players who come to mind, but again nobody outside of his immediate medical circle will know for sure. I hope that he can shake it, The game is richer for players like Cripps.

I think that Tyrone will have a better year at the Hawks too, but I dunno about him being a top 8 fwd...
