what do people think of Zmerrett ? Essendon should improve, his midfield minutes shouldn't diminish i wouldn't have thought ?

He's Essendons future ......Zac will continue to play probably more minutes thru the midfield ......but he can expect to get more attention this season, as last year all teams knew they would win anyway, so why tag

He's a 95 avge midfielder priced at 80 who plays every game and is coming off a down season. He's apparently in best condition for a long time and as far as i can see his contract is up at the end of this season. For a 27yo that is a huge issue and incentive this season.
Very tempting for a mid price flip to a sunken primo in a month or two or hold. Likely going Beams/Ebert/Omeara/SPP as M5/6/7/8.

I've left pendles out because I already have too many premiums with a round 13 bye. I still reckon he's in the best 5-6 premium options but, I rate treloar and Fyfe above him for this year and I have a soft spot for Merrett.

Treloar looks great not so sure as others that he will jump another 5+ points.
