What does carlton not having any mids in AA contention have to do with us potentially vastly improving our midfield this draft? How did we lose taking dow who was regarded as a top1 pick by some? What's knocks do you have on Obrien who was rated as the best kick in the draft?

If Cripps plays 22 games in 2018, i reckon he'll be AA. Kennedy and Dow are going to lift a lot of pressure off him, which should help his durability too.
Ed Curnow and Murphy still around too to do some heavy lifting.

Had lacerated kidney so missed most of the year afterwards.

Kicked 9 straight as a bottom ager in a match last year, gave off a couple.

their new facility is amazing but the reality is its in a shithole in the southern suburbs like cockburn. then when they play they have travel even further south to a meth ridden cesspool, with the highest unemployment of any perth suburb, in mandurah

all under a coach who values seasoned players over talent youth

mark my words. like i said with weller on draft night, cerra will leave if he's any good. i think brayshaw will too. the only time victorian freo listed players stay in the last say 5 years is when they arent that much chop, as soon as there's interest they're out

you just dont like hearing the harsh reality. when have i ever been wrong?

i got smashed on here in 2015 by the purple haze by trying to tell their fans their teams performance wasnt as good as they thought it was and there were very serious issues facing that side if they didnt re-adjust then. i was abused. i was even told they were statistically the most dominant side of all time at the same point of the season. turned out i was right. fell off the cliff. didnt even make a grand final.

i got smashed telling people weller never wanted to be at freo and was disappointed with the draft outcome. i know for a fact he was massively homesick before a decent freo contract renewal hit his manager. ended up leaving.

cerra is the same as well, similar to balic. brayshaw less so. brayshaw probably stays but cerra is a massive flight risk.

What a load of crap. Weller loved it in Perth and even built a house here. He was here for 3 seasons and declared himself a one club player. It was his girlfriend who was homesick and not him.

When you get offered $800,000 a year for 5 years to go back to where his girlfriend’s family live and become the new poster boy for the Suns, no wonder Freo got pick 2 plus a homesick Brandon Matera in return for him.

Weren’t you the flog that kept telling this board that he was heading to the Saints to play with his hugely overrated brother?
