Des Headland moving to Freo in 03 wouldn't have been far off.
He was the one that come to mind for me, looks like Freo came 7th that year.
We were on the losing end of that one, hopefully we can have a win with Cameron.
There was a bit of chest beating going on last night and showing a bit of pashion. Hopefully he doesnt change his mind on the account of a premiership.

He certainly showed he is worth pick 18

If they won a flag I'd be more confident he'd be willing to come, not less. But if they lose next week he might want to stay to have another crack next year.

Yeah I certainly think a Crows flag would make it more likely that they would be willing to part with him for a reasonable trade

It is good that those who may not have seen a lot of Cameron got a sense of what he can do. That was a game out of the box so I'm not suggesting we should expect him to do that every week. But the speed at which he plays the game completely tears up defensive structures and he induces panic in opposition defences with his closing speed.

The thought of he and Lewy playing together is bloody exciting.

I wouldnt say it was a game out of the box.....he was their best player in the final series last year as well.... this season not so great......perhaps too much baggage on his mind.....just hope the bags come to us lol.

You can add Bundy into that forward mix and Hipwood isn't exactly slow either. Allison, Zorko through the midfield and with Cox out of the backline and we would start to actually have some serious speed/run. Now just somehow to get another line breaking HBF, Dow and Stephenson through this draft.

Not to forget Cutler breaking from HB and slotting one thru from 55 out

Cameron looked a different player last night, more relaxed and happy.

Wonder if Pyke had a chat to him during the week. We know you're leaving Charlie but relax and shows us what you've got tonight and help us win a flag.

I was moreso thinking Eddie actually. And I also think that Eddie would not be one to try and talk him out of leaving as he did it himself and it was the best thing he ever did for his football career.

Cameron, Motlop, Christn, Zorks N Squizzy would make for a decent mozie squad...sorry Mr Green lol

I wonder if we managed to keep Rocky if we could manage to nab both Motlop and Cameron. We would certainly have some zip around our forward half. Would it improve our defense though? We might end up one of the best attacking sides but continue to be the worst defensively.

Motlop is a lazy footballer, we have enough one way runners

Cameron, Squiz, Bundy, Robbo play at the feet of Hippy/Walker sounds pretty impressive to me. Hugh and Alison on the wings, Zorko in the middle. Rich, Cox, Witherden, NRobbo, Mayes Down back. Some nice mix of skill/speed in there.

Crows played a good style of footy last night, and it is a style similar to ours i think. They had a really good ability at holding the ball and working it forward, when a line break or turnover was there they went for it. We still try to push the fast style a bit too much, but i think we will find that balance with experience. Crows were great at that balance and punishing Cats turn overs. This is something we are yet to really do, defensively punish teams creating turnovers and cutting them up. but something we are very able to do with the names listed above.

He has been anything but lazy the last 2 games........impressed with his efforts last night pushing himself from contest to contest.. I was a bit sad to see it actually........thought Cats would get rid of him but I doubt it now on those performances especially getting thumped.

He does some things very casually he had a couple of turnovers last night that really hurt Geelong. And he was totally in the clear, no pressure.
