Ideally I'd like to see:

Motlop & Aaron Hall and i feel so conflicted, but maybe Jack Watts.

Motlop is a free hit and is essentially what we need. Hall is a good player who is capable of being very good / elite and GC is open to trading him.

Watts is clean, with good delivery and can play a link up role.

Motlop - freeagent, costs nothing nullifies losing Gaff.

Hall - pick 27 and Masten, reasonably fair.

Watts - capable of good football and showed that last year and in the beginning of this year, good skills and can link well. Gaff trade.

Acquire those three players and then wait until next year for Fasolo to become a free agent. Giving us 2 years to win a flag, while Kennedy is still playing good football.

After the GWS loss I felt like burning the place down, but i don't think our list is that dire. It's just unbalanced.

The competition is the weakest it's been in years, the last two years prove that. Let's try and pinch one now while we still have gun players.

None of those players inspire me .

Watts has a point to prove so a move west will make us stronger in every way.

Positions he can play:

Ruck, Small wet weather forward, FF, Tagger, CHF, CHB and even big bodied mid.

Motlop is a restricted free agent - won’t cost us anything by way of draft picks. Ah Chee and Fasolo would both cost less than second round picks. If we are going to trade away our first two picks this year then it would have to be something special (like first two picks to GWS for Coniglio particularly if we somehow get another first round pick) and certainly not for a couple of fringe players and a very inconsistent player.

Huh? Not a chance. Motlop RFA so wont cost anything and Ah Chee and Fasolo wont cost any more than 3rd rounders...

I would rather ah chee go to draft and go elsewhere and become a superstar than port get a “fair” deal. Spilling blood is more important than business on this one.
