2017 trade/draft thread

He wasn't given an extended run, really. Was always bought in for one game then dropped again. I'm not sure why. We had a last in first out policy and Arch tended to take the spot of underperforming seniors who were dropped for one game and then bought straight back.
The coaches obviously didn't rate him for whatever reason and used him as a stopgap. In his b&f speech he said that he was told at the start of the season that he wouldn't be playing much at AFL level in 2017.
Our coaching and structures are very strong on defensive pressure and tackling - which are easily Arch's biggest weak points.

How's his corralling game though?
Sounds like his weak points match up with our team deficiencies, not a particularly good thing for us imo.
On his b&f speach it seems strange that you guys refused to trade him in the off-season because he's a required player and then a few months later he's told that he won't be playing much.
