Not that this will excite many but can confirm significant interest in Aidan Corr. Missed out on him narrowly last summer.
I think we can afford Fyfe or Martin + Josh Kelly. In the next few years Joey, Gilbert & Rooey are likely to retire and it will free up some cash as well.
How much you reckon Rooey, Gilbert and Rooey are on. I honestly think all of them combined would be over 1+ mil.IMO it'd potentially help free up cash before they retire. If the club said to Roo and Monty that taking significant unders on their next contracts would help ensure we got Fyfe and Kelly then they'd be stupid not to. They have to have made enough $$$ over the years to set themselves up for life so they could take a lean year or two for that last shot at a flag.

We may trade away players like Lewis Pierce, Billy Longer, Possibly Minchington.

Wouldn't hurt or damage they careers if they took a paycut. 400 - 500K is pretty good for them considering they age.Wouldn't surprise me if Roo and Joey were on over $1m by themselves.
Somewhere in 2nd rounder or Early 3rd. At worse late 3rd.minchi for a first rounder?
Minch would become a DFA, don't think he'd get us anything TBHminchi for a first rounder?
Only the halal one but dont tell PaulineThe easter bunny is true though.
Bigger fish to fry than Kelly. They must be Moby Dick.Waldy has had good mail in the past and if this one is on the money it probably indicates that we are pretty confident that we have bigger fish to fry than Kelly, which is pretty exciting.

No chanceSomewhere in 2nd rounder or Early 3rd. At worse late 3rd.
Stanley traded for pick 21. Was a absolute bargain. No chance
Especially with the salary cap increaseI reckon it would take 2m easily
1.2m for fyfe
800k for jelly
Even then I'm probably short.
But allowing for the fact that we know we have over a mill spare, surely with some offloading of players etc we could make it happen? Surely? Right?????
Don't you ******s DARE shatter my dream!
Could be son ofNo I asked that. He's not that Waldy.
Ruck/forward is an in-demand position so clubs pay more for that type. Mids/small forwards are dime a dozen and not particularly sought after, especially when they are on the fringe of a mid-table list like ours.Stanley traded for pick 21. Was a absolute bargain.
Who knows some fool like cats may want Minchington.
The most important thing was Stanley was actually playingRuck/forward is an in-demand position so clubs pay more for that type. Mids/small forwards are dime a dozen and not particularly sought after, especially when they are on the fringe of a mid-table list like ours.
Highly unlikely any other club would even look twice at Minchington.
Sorry, digging this off topic up. Is there a video of the collision? Reads like a car crashOn the Eagles board - there's a thread where chicky is posting, worth a look - he's had a few health issues.

Carlton's unsigned list also includes its only remaining player from the 2014 NAB AFL Draft, Boekhorst.
The Blues selected Boekhorst with pick No.19, a selection acquired in a trade with Greater Western Sydney that also involved Carlton giving up pick No.7 (Paul Ahern) and acquiring Jaksch and Mark Whiley.
Jaksch played just seven senior games in his first two seasons at Ikon Park, while Whiley was delisted at the end of last season after nine games.
I remember us discussing Jascke and O'Rourke for our pick 327 Blues players out of contract at the end of this year

Oh.Cuz just looks like a rugged and slightly para bloke,
But: Yikes! Is THAT Daniel Chick nowadays? I would not like to meet that monster in a dark alley. Is his face shrinking or his head inflating? Terrifying image.

Those 2 together ain't even worth a round 5 pick.I remember us discussing Jascke and O'Rourke for our pick 3

This is likely to be what we could get back for Minchi. We'd probably have to trade our second or third with him though to get that sort of return.Somewhere in 2nd rounder or Early 3rd. At worse late 3rd.
