Yeah, the Power wonder why they struggle with sponsors. I'm sure ISC and OAK love constantly seeing these headlines next to their brand.
so they are against sexual deviats, drug cheats, assaulting policeman and people who leave the scene of accidents. those sponsors can be a picky lot. the port power is right to stear clear of them.

Thats true. I also imagine it must be bad being a white man in Harlem and as a white foreigner living in the Philippines I get targeted and we've had two attempts to rob our house because being a white person here it is deemed you have money and valuables even though there is only a few items here worthy of snatching. There are also many advantages to being a woman, none of which are ever discussed or acknowledged.
What advantages would they be?

This was at Etihad apparently there was no access to the Ladies for the event they were there for.

Why not wait til she came out?
Meh, I have to say when it comes to toilet use people need to grow up a bit.

It's like the uproar in the US about trans people using the toilet for the gender they identify as not the sex they were born as. Who GAF? Everybody poops.

There are unisex toilets all through europe. Ones in Paris where men pee to the right and (timed stalls) to the left. No big deal really.

Exactly, a much more mature attitude.

Like I'd say to people who get worked up over women breast feeding in public, it's not sexual, they're not going out of their way to show it to you, don't go out of your way to look at it. If you catch a glimpse of a breast/penis you will survive.

Typical St Kilda ......they've always operated under the "Star" system ....this is why they've never been successful ...and why you can't have players / player managers hold our club to ransom (Lever)

It wasn't that if you read the article

There were only the men's toilets open and Sam said she was going.
He followed her in.

Good manners at a minimum - wait til she come out

"The blonde host went onto to reveal David went inside the bathroom while she was in a cubicle and that he did a double take when she saw him.

'No, there was no one else around. I went to the loo, Kochie comes in and the rest is history,' Samantha explained.

...

Samantha said she decided to lock herself in the cubicle until he left.

'I got a fright...I stayed in my cubicle until he was gone,' she said, adding presenter Edwina Bartholomew was also there on the day."

I mean, I would consider good manners not requiring that an entire bathroom be vacant for your own use when all you really need is one cubicle.

Would she have been uncomfortable if another woman had come in to pee? What if that woman was a trans woman and had a penis? What if it was a trans man and he had a vagina? What if it was a gay male? A gay female?

Is there a list of what combination of gender/genitals/orientation she would have been ok with sharing the bathroom with, or was the whole thing entirely reserved for her personal use?

No
But this kind of feeling she had made her lock the cubicle door and wait until he left.

Her "Slime-Radar" was pinging I would imagine - she knows him better than most.

If she wasn't uncomfortable she would have walked out and not a problem

Sure, if she had issues with him personally that is a valid reason for feeling uncomfortable around him.

I feel that asking things like 'why not wait' though or saying that it is manners to wait implies that the act of simply using an available toilet when you need to go is wrong.

If it is just Kochie that made her uncomfortable would she have been fine for any other man to come in to pee?

No, i'd probably be traumatised if a saw a breast-penis.

No

So... she was using a bathroom but didn't lock the cubicle?

I'm no prude, but i generally lock the door when I'm called to serve my country
