Heard on 6PR this morning it will be another couple of weeks but take that with the pinchiest grain of salt as nothing to back it up. Pretty sure it was Langdon talkinghttp://www.westcoasteagles.com.au/news/2018-03-20/dynamic-duo-healing-slowly
It does say round 3. I had thought it was later than that.
But given our club consistently lies about injuries, I'd guess round 5.

Doedee is not getting a gig on the field?Settled on this
Bonner, Naughton, Murray, Finlayson (Doedee, Murphy E)
Brayshaw, Davies-Uniacke (Banfield E, Kelly, Holman)
(Cameron)
Fritsch (Garlett, Giles-Langdon E)
Shocked I've gone ahead with 4 on field rookies in the back, but yolo

Well looks like Waterman is locked and loadedThe last year or two Hagdorn has been making accurate calls on our players' injury status. The club has always denied them, but then they have shown to be accurate. My guess is that Hagdorn has a good contact with our imaging company or something.
Not for me, no. Backing Finlayson in this weekDoedee is not getting a gig on the field?
Fair enough. Not for me, no. Backing Finlayson in this week
it's all a guessing game
I'm aiming to win the $50k lolFair enough.
Doedee for me
BTW - Are you still aiming for < 10K this year?
$50K You and maybe another poster or two are aiming for the same goalI'm aiming to win the $50k lol
Aiming for a top 2k finish, last couple years have been shocking. Going to overseas for a few months mid season though, so I won't be watching any footy and things like late outs will destroy me. But yeah, giving it a crack

Typical Collingwood supporter. Making excuses before the season has even started.I'm aiming to win the $50k lol

not confirmed yet, but i think its unlikelyDid O'Connor get a game?
ZGL i thinkZGL v Venables?
Idiot. Hopefully Dow is similar to SPS last year, and improves with decent JS.Also, absolutely spewing that I caved in and put Dow in over LDU because I wanted to watch him play last nightIdiot. Hopefully Dow is similar to SPS last year, and improves with decent JS.

I bloody well hope so. The worst part about SC is hoping other players do badly haha.LDU will score 30
It's pretty tough, we've previously never had a genuine small fwd crumber.
Now we have Ryan and Rioli, so I'm not sure if both will play in the same team, but wouldn't surprise me.
As such I'd say Ryan is a lock should he be fit and playing reasonably well.
His X-factor should keep him in most weeks even if the results aren't there.
Venables is our future, highly touted, highly skilled. The issue is he'll be playing the vortex role of HFF which doesn't suit any West Coast player.
He will go quarters without getting near it, but hopefully gets solid rotations through the midfield.
I can't see a reason for him to be dropped unless his form really drops, or it's just to rest him, he's essentially played half a year of football in 2 years due to injury.
Waterman looks like our future full forward, but unfortunately for him we already have a full forward in JK who will come back probably around Rd. 4-6.
So you'll get some coin from Waterman early, and I don't see Brander or Matt Allen getting a gig in his place.
The pleasing thing for Waterman is that he was going to play at the end of last year, even with Darling and JK in the side, so he could remain in the team with JK and JD.
All 3 will have a wide scoring range of about 30-80 at max.
They'll be given opportunities though which is the main thing.

AgreedCats Fogarty is a much better option than someone like Barry, gonna be a very good player that kid. Tackling machine.
Cats peps - L Fogarty or T Kelly with the better JS and SP?
Hype has been on Kelly all pre-season but hearing good things about this Fogarty kid.
ZGL v Venables?
