Nope it doesn’t so it ponders the question... are Budarick and Rosas straight to rookie list and then dependent on what Martin does dictates whether we take 3 or 4 picks to the draft

It does look like Suns can pre-sign academy/NT players and put them directly on the rookie list. With Martin on the list I believe we now have 3 spots available on the senior list.

A bit surprised that Suns don't keep Crossley on the rookie list. It could be career over for him.

That’s what I think along with Conroy and Gore and two NT players . Atm 2 list positions (3 with Martin out) rookies - 7 category B , 0 category c. Can they be prelisted as rookies and excluded from the draft ????

The big question is say can someone like Rosa who would have been taken in the main draft be prelisted which would take him out of the draft, this means he can’t be taken by another team who could offer him a draftee wage and two year contract instead of the rookie terms. Is this allowed ???

This brings in hope for a number of possible NT rookies like Jungfer , Connell , Parnell Nd a big ruckman Mummery with up to 7 rookie spots to fill

Just to recap we can have 38 minimum to 40 maximum listed players. In addition we can rookie up to 10 players. Of that 3 have to be Cat B. We had 38 main listed players in 2018

Young is too far down the pecking order for a best 22. Numerous better options on a fwd flank.

That’s an extra 6 spots compared to every other club on that basis. I don’t think the afl love us that much
