Gresh has spent 11 games playing mostly mid and part forward and we are classing him as having lost his flair, FMD. He looks exactly the same to me only he hasn't got a small defender on him. I think his midfield work has been for the most part pretty good, his opponents are now usually the oppositions best mids. He is still working out the balance between doing the mercurial by just hunting the ball and being accountable defensively. He gets caught trying to do too much every now and then but that's to be expected. Can we just wait till he's at least had a couple of years before we start calling him captain vanilla?

He's obviously good enough, when played in his best position he's really eye catching and has X factor. To me his defensive running isn't as desperate as his forward thrusts and that doesn't go down well with a work ethic coach. I think a coach like Clarko who values points of difference would turn him into a super star.

Roos and Rohde are 2 I can think of but most times they just fill in and that's it.

Pretty sure Primus was the caretaker coach before getting the gig permanently.
