Well how is king and bytel looking on hereHighly rated with out playing a senior game? Hmmm sounds like it's legit.

what's my rating plugs? current yearCome on premmo. I was one of few who said this year said Marshall should be our first ruck. Last years form was D grade. I’m not sure if you understand ratings that I do but I do them on the current year not future years. And I don’t believe I said he was D grade anyway. Don’t make things up please.

Yep I think you are on the moneyWon’t get first round and a player not unless it a hack player. Unfortunately his illness means we can’t win on this. Maybe he will stay but doubt it
The thing is though, Draper is out of contract and really shouldn't be worth a lot considering he's a rookie pick that has never played.Well it depends I beleive. He seems only a small forward. If we got Draper for him it gives us our second ruck who is very highly rated and we lose a fringe small. If you think Parker, Kent and Lonie can get it done then why not.
I know I am dreaming but imagine getting Hill, Langdon and Martin. Boom finals. Fills the needs.
Yep first rounder if he wants to go to Geelong next year or otherwise its the red, white and black for Steven (although just the straight black and white maybe a possibility)AFL trades 2019: Geelong set to make another bid to lure St Kilda star Jack Steven back home

If Steven goes we take there first round pick and a player for steak knives - if he signs a contract it means he is able to play
He is a free agent next year , let him go then if he wants and we will get the compo for it.
I suppose I don’t rate longThe thing is though, Draper is out of contract and really shouldn't be worth a lot considering he's a rookie pick that has never played.
Might be a different story if he was under contract but we have no reason to feel like we have to give up a highly rated contracted 3rd year player.
He also wants a player. Unless it’s a hack it ain’t happening. I would be nearly certain that if jack wants to leave it will get done. And we won’t get full value.Yep first rounder if he wants to go to Geelong next year or otherwise its the red, white and black for Steven (although just the straight black and white maybe a possibility)

Sorry Mowman that's not how it works. Still big time hopeful he will stay but not confidentIf we don't get full value he stays

He won’t stay if he wants to go. That I’m sure of. And full value means what? Based on this year or his best form? Because of his illness his value would have dropped by a fair bit.If we don't get full value he stays
No need to over pay for a kid that's out of contact and hasn't a played a game. You could have said the very same about marshall 6 months ago prior to this season.
Not shown much, rookie pick, old.
Fact is, if we are prepared to pay the kid half a million dollars a year... he's not useless.
Either he's good or he isn't.
Just because he hasn't potentially had the chance to show off what he can do, doesn't mean he's not valuable- to us or the bombers.
Having said that- we hold the whip hand seemingly with money to put him out of reach, and him being OOC.
All in all- I think circa future 2nd rounder is about where it would land.
I hope he stays as well for another 3 years.Sorry Mowman that's not how it works. Still big time hopeful he will stay but not confident
Surely he was taking the piss. Sarcasm + 100.So we trade the current in form ruckman who could play another 200 games for a guy that may play 2 seasons?! I might be naive but I don’t understand the motive. Open to input!!
That just won’t happen though. We can sound as strong as we want but he will go if he wants to and because of the illness his value has dropped by a fair bit. Depending what’s available I’d say anywhere from 15 to 25. Probably closer to the higher numberI hope he stays as well for another 3 years.
But if he wants to leave screw Geelong and get every inch of value we can for him, he is contracted its in our favour or we keep him or he can stand out of footy for a year
Totally agree , it's a business - give away a star and get pick 18 who turns out to be a super spud.I hope he stays as well for another 3 years.

What’s personal responsibility mean? Of course he will be hoping we get a good trade for him but he isn’t going to organise it. It’s between the clubs. Nothing to do with him. Tb you surely know we aren’t getting a player and that pick.Totally agree. He’s contracted & paid extremely well by the club. He needs to take some personal responsibility. If Geelong want him then they can meet the terms set by the club. I’d be asking for their first round pick 15-18 as a minimum. They can chuck in a player as well.
