5 minutes is way too long to decide on a pick. 3 minutes is the absolute maximum needed.

30 seconds is enough. You have your list and you cross off the names as they get picked. Then you pick up the highest name on your list that's left.

My gut feel is if Downie comes before our next pick we just get some kids at the end of the draft to train with us instead of committing to them.
