2nd chances are all well and good, but things need to change for them to be given.

Nobody is touching Taylor this year. Maybe next year, if he gets his act together. Maybe. But he’d need to show that he’s changed and matured. I think it would take a couple of years (although being cynical, this might depend on how good a state league season he has...)

Some things transcend football and the pursuit of sporting success.

The kid needs to do a whole lotta' redeeming before his name and AFL are ever mentioned in the same sentence again.
Not writing the kid off because everyone deserves an opportunity to turn it around i.e. Andrew Krakouer (from big house to the G)

Would something like 9,23 and Melb future 2nd for pick 4 and a future 3rd be reasonable?
You’re dropping 5 picks but gaining 2 x 2nd rounders
Adelaide may be keen to move up as can allow us to take Hollands at #1 and TThorpe at #4

Without trying to seem smart, I don't think we'd even consider trading Pick 4 for Picks 9, 22, 23 and both Adelaide and Melbourne 2021 Second Round Selections.

Something like Pick 4 and Hawthorn F2 in exchange for Pick 9 and Adelaide F1 might work for us but doubt you'd take the risk

0% chance there's a possibility 23 gets used up if a bid comes before it for downie , effectively making the trade 4 for 9+ mid 20s 2021 .
