I think perhaps you are letting you 'old Richmond v Carlton' rivalry getting in the way a bit hereTigers will always be shithouse. Rugby scrumming AFL game wreckers.
Saad would be a good fit at Carlton as he adds pace and a point of difference but at what cost, If the blues had a pick #15-#20 and at $600k rangeAccording to Healy on 3AW Sportsday program just now, * have matched deal that we have offered Saad. He then asked Richo who was closer to a premiership, and he said, "Carlton." (Apparently Saad wants to play in a side that will be successful in the near future.)

Markov would be great, he has a lot of pace and and seems to have the skills. Is improved greatly this season, but I thought he was an integral part of your team now, and you wouldn't want to see him go elsewhere? If he became available, yes, would love him in our side.Saad would be a good fit at Carlton as he adds pace and a point of difference but at what cost, If the blues had a pick #15-#20 and at $600k range
but giving up pick #7 and a higher $$$ amount would be a bit too much with the demographic of your playing list combined with Williams coming in.
I have dropped this name here before but have not had any response to it but Oleg Markov is a player that really would fit Carlton perfectly and would come cheap whilst being in the right age bracket and has the talent to play starting 22 off half back.
I've seen Markov a few times and haven't seen the kind of talent you're speaking of. What are some of his attributes that you think would translate into a high quality half back?Saad would be a good fit at Carlton as he adds pace and a point of difference but at what cost, If the blues had a pick #15-#20 and at $600k range

I dont want to see him go and specially with rumors of broad going to GCMarkov would be great, he has a lot of pace and and seems to have the skills. Agree with you, I think Markov would be good value...what do you think of Aarts for us as a smaller forward?Saad would be a good fit at Carlton as he adds pace and a point of difference but at what cost, If the blues had a pick #15-#20 and at $600k range

Speed he is in the top 3 fastest at the club and has elite pace and tank , And he is tough as nails think mitch robinson tuff without the dh factorI've seen Markov a few times and haven't seen the kind of talent you're speaking of. You have a few lively small forwards who are all capable of kicking goals. We need a quality small forward with x factor.. Since his operation, Higgins seems to be in and out of the side. If he was available I'd grab him before Markov.I dont want to see him go and specially with rumors of broad going to GC
But i think he is get able for a club that is prepared to offer him a decent 3 year deal on $350k which he wouldn't be getting at RFC
Sounds great, why would Richmond let him go? Houli wont be around foreverSpeed he is in the top 3 fastest at the club and has elite pace and tank , And he is tough as nails think mitch robinson tuff without the dh factor
Skills are above average. He is the player that is just at that stage where he is ready to play as a best 22 just been extremely unlucky with where our list sits and depth in this area. IMO he is what you guys want LOB to become. just fits
I think Aarts has what it takes but probably needs another year playing senors , He had his best game for us against the crows and seems to be getting used to the level and will be a similar level to gibbons but more fwd than mid but his issue will be staying in the side with Higgins,RCD,Ross,Ralphsmith and MRJ coming this year all pushing for spots. But he is a pressure small foward and not the mercurial type fwdAgree with you, I think Markov would be good value...what do you think of Aarts for us as a smaller forward?
Thats a very big OP the kid has and doctors told him he wouldnt be playing in 2020 and virtually min pre season , Kid has done extremely well just getting on the park and played a super scrimmage game kicking 4 goals before copping a cal issue in the 3rd quarter of that game. You have a few lively small forwards who are all capable of kicking goals. We need a quality small forward with x factor.. Since his operation, Higgins seems to be in and out of the side. If he was available I'd grab him before Markov.
Salary cap restraints and list spotsSounds great, why would Richmond let him go? Houli wont be around forever
Hey Gun, respects on your attitude in here. Respect also on your Avatar. I knew Tucky when he played at Carrum Downs pre-Tigers. Was a bit troubled then too. Top lad though.Salary cap restraints and list spots
Richmond have Baker , Short , Egg-Smith , Naish that all play same or similar roles and wouldnt break the bank
but thats just my view who know the club may think differently but if i was carlton list manager i would 100% ask him the question
tough , fast , uncompromising attitude and perfect age 24
More importantly, any idea on who may take over from Balme? He'll be a big loss.I think perhaps you are letting you 'old Richmond v Carlton' rivalry getting in the way a bit here
Prior to Richmond implementing this game plan in 2017 we had the massive flooding game plans that were winning games until the doggies came along with the 80% handball game.
Richmond might win their 3rd flag in 4 years and has dominated finals in most of these games so it works and proven game plan which will evolve as it has since its inception to now include 2 x Rucks and 2 x KPF's
Would you enjoy watching Carlton play this game plan if they would win 2-3 flags ? Think you would
Also came with bad ankle ..He's not fit as a fiddle, watch his Adelaide games. He was actually a pressure forward who would do the unbelievable leaps over packs every 2nd week. We saw none of that, he's struggling with repeat efforts due to lack of strength in his legs would be my guess. Back issues are f’ed for flexibility and fitness and take ages to come good.
Disinterested is rubbish, if he was disinterested he'd not be picked and wouldn't have got himself down to the right weight, btw the right weight doesn't mean the right fitness either.
What in the world are those drinks.
O’Halloran is taller than Caldwell, weird photoView attachment 972521
Two years ago in the 'super draft' GWS take three mids with high picks and now all are looking at moving off, for lack of opportunity.
I still see us finding ourselves in a similar boat next year.
None of that matters if you're covered with talent and winning premierships, but otherwise the misses in list build, can really come back to bite.
* Why does O'Halloran looks so short here?
100+ metre gain ending with ball to advantage? You'd take that, wouldn't you?
I'm not enamoured with Saad, but can see how that piece fits into our needs seamlessly, without throwing out our balance and allowing Williamson to play wing. This move may yet be important fr us.
Interesting that you choose the 13 - 15 disposal stat. Not sure that disposals are what we judge mitch on.Adelaide.
Go back and look at what I said at the time, and people fobbed me off. I'm trying to make the most of what we have, and right now we'd be selling at the bottom of the market.
Kemp and JSOS are on the list, we're fine, save for TPP considerations.
Yes we all love Balmey and hope he stays but Tim Livingstone looks to be the man who has taken a step fowardMore importantly, any idea on who may take over from Balme? He'll be a big loss.

Anyway, what do you think your club will do with Stack and the other?
