Key Off-Season Dates
This is a comprehensive list including dates for draft combines, list lodgements, delisted free agency windows and return to train dates. I had to collate these from three different club websites because the AFL is lazy af and doesn't have it on their website, so thought it might be helpful to share:

FAQs & Resources Thread

It has an index at the top with threadmarks so it's easy to find what you're looking for – or easier than scrolling through 250 pages of AFL Rules, Regulations and CBA pdfs anyway.

These sorts of questions are all answered along with a bunch of other resources made by posters from across BigFooty (feel free to add to it!):

Bobby has a young partner from WA who has a bub on the way, his best mate just left the club.

At his best he’s a good player but he does still fade in and out of games.

I do think his tackle chase development has been greatly improved.

If he left we would really need to have a good look at Rachele as a like for like replacement.

Although it creates a logjam in the key forwards/rucks it makes us a better team.

I don’t care how many tricks a key forward has in his kit bag if they can’t take a park mark and/or bring it to ground they are useless in September. Our forward structure peaked in 2016 with Cameron, Patton and Lobb. Lobb, Hogan and HH has the same feel about it and would be extremely difficult for opposition to defend.
Draft Rachele and have Greene, Rachele, Daniels, Lloyd, hill, stone at their feet

how good to we look with Hogan clunking marks? Get two blokes inside 50 doing and happy days

It’s a good sell

But Lobb isn’t the guy

He hasn’t kicked 30 goals in a season yet has he?

I agree. His good games are good but his bad games are very very bad. Remind you of someone else? Finlayson anyone? Who we traded for a future third round pick… and you guys are happy to get Lobb for a second round pick. *shakes me head*

Doesnt have to kick big numbers himself. Jackson/brown/McDonald didn’t kick big numbers either.

structure up with the right players and it creates goals for the team.
He was their number one forward when fit

A key forward that doesn’t kick goals is a bust

Plus he only plays half a season each year

If its on Bobby's or his partners mind that once his current contract ends next year they plans to head back to W.A then now is the right time to make that move but if he is fully committed to be with us long term then I would rather 10 years of Bobby then 2-4 years of Lobb.

If Hill does want to go back to WA what is a reasonable pick for him?

Freo have 22 ... pretty much what we paid. We could be consistent and run the same line Freo did with Cerra - we want back close to what we paid.

Or would we look to upgrade 13?

Freo Give Lobb & 22
Gws Give Hill & Future 2nd

or

Freo Give Lobb & 6
GWS Give Hill & 13 & Future 2nd
This values Hill around pick 35

HE averages less than 10 disposals a game, we already have too many players on our list that do that.
I agree, he stays at GWS
