The nature of salary caps and drafting 18 year olds is that you end up with C graders on your list and in your 22, but you shouldn't be actively targeting them. Even moreso in a rebuild. Any draft pick taken in the top 30 can provide not much less an outcome than guys like Mackay and Dumont provide if given the same role and TOG.
