Seeing this insipid, diabolical "effort" by the Suns has me a bit worried about tomorrow

We fell in at home against these jogging hacks

Which is why the, 'no changes after a win' crew are so infuriating. Even worse, Nicks said the same thing. Along the lines of 'wanting to reward the guys that got the job done'. It was the ****ing Suns at home and we only just got over them.

I didn't know where to place this but I hope someone can help...I am finding it difficult to see what the crowds are like at the AFL games and also the AFLW games. It just seems to me that the numbers are intentionally not being provided but I don't understand why that would be. On the AFL web site the match summaries used to have the crowd numbers but not this year and certainly not for any Adelaide Oval games. I have checked the Advertiser and also the Herald Sun and where they normally enter the crowd (under Venue) there is no entry. Why I look is to see how Port games are being supported and compare them to see how our games are being supported. Also with the AFLW I just want to see if the crowd are turning up and which teams are being supported. Has anyone any idea as to what is happening?

I think they're being shown at games still.

I mean nowadays there's no **** measuring contests to be had about crowds so there's less point

Mid table? Perpetual rabble is closer to the mark.

Perpetual rabble is another couple of words for a team stuck in the mid-table. It's the absolute worst place to be, good enough to avoid the crème de la crème of the draft, bad enough to not be involved in any finals.

There is enough high-end talent at the Suns that it'll bail them out of enough games to avoid the bottom 4-5 teams. I doubt Dew is the coach to push them much higher though. A pretty bad run with injuries (Wilts, Rowell, Day, Hollands etc) isn't helping either.

Not sure why it's less prevalent than it used to be but it's still being reported on austadiums

And later AFL crowd numbers are listed on AFL tables.

Love to post over on the Geelong board,

How do they view Chris Scott? Arrogantly came out on Footy Classified and basically said he 'hated' the coaching job and has loaded up a Dad's army team.

Im so glad they are losing, just brazenly arrogant.

Snagged a flag in his first year (thanks Bomber Thompson) and has done squat since. Their home ground advantage at the potato ground is huge.

Playing AFL is about talent. It's not about being an SANFL gun.
Where did I day that he wasn't talented?

I said he wasn't that great, thus suggesting that his form in the SANFL didn't warrant selection. Sorry if this didn't appear obvious.

Then you do have an idea on how he was picked. Port back in the talent whereas we require our players to prove they're ready with SANFL form. Your post was as obvious as it is simplistic. You don't need good SANFL form to play good AFL.
