True, but the intent of the medical sub is that it should only be activated if the player is likely to miss 12 days or more. The AFL need to police this , otherwise it makes a mockery of the rule. May as well just have 5 on the interchange otherwise. Or if one team activates a medical sub, the other team should be able to activate it as well if they choose to.

Fair enough. Just think if one team can manipulate an injury sub, the other team should be able to activate the sub as well (even if they don’t have an injury). To me, that’s a level playing field.

Didn’t Neal-Bullen get 4 weeks for his tackle on Hamill?

I think it sends an atrocious message if he gets only 1 more week than the amount of games the victim of the tackle is forced to miss due to concussion. He has to contend with the potential long term issues

McHenry looked like he was ready to throw punches with our support staff.

The unnecessary deliberate and forceful sling tackle was basically him punched drunk.

A friend of mine lived in Adelaide for 3 years, he's from the US. He went for Adelaide while he lived here, I guess because I did.

His workmates took him to a Port Power game once. The next day he was telling me about it, in his American accent, 'jesus man, it was like they are all ice addicts'.
