I’ve got that anaemic stick insect Engrish on the pine after paying top dollar for that human beanstalk. Prick.

Yes.

It can be any pasta you care to replace it with or any perversion that can be found on the internet; choose your fate.

Personally, I prefer mine to be potato-based, steamed then fried in butter and EVO, even split, along with a fistful of sage, salt, pepper and a touch of garlic infused oil. Grate pecorino, add a little fresh chopped sage and an abundance of flat leaf parsley and serve with a veal schnitzel, slightly thicker than is the norm, lemon juice over the plate and wine of choice, red or white or even sparkling.
