Same rule applies to this thread as other years, keep it on topic about the kids.
Don’t get bogged down on what other teams might do or where they will finish.

Trade speculation belongs here.

That's also where you can discuss your mock drafts or pick trades.

Any McCabe, Dear or Maginness talk belongs here.

Definitely need him - we still don't have a McKercher type midfielder. That is, a quick pure inside/outside midfielder, with smarts, polish and exceptional decision making ability. You could argue Will DAY fits that description but I see him as being more of a full time utility once our list becomes more accomplished.

Cam Mac is that player too, but just maybe a little less refined at this stage.

Wouldn't be disappointed to see them both in brown and gold.

Hold the phone though, the Wiz at Hawks training it bloody exciting. So many great early picks on offer. Perfect timing to have the number three if it had to happen.

I'm under the impression that if North do not get their compensation package (to access McKercher and Sanders via NGA despite the "Jamarra Rule"), they will not be passing on McKercher with all the work they have put into him and his career

Given north’s involvement with McKercher I almost feel we have to take him. Not just to help him escape their black hole of a club, but he must have so much upside if he’s still that god after being involved in their environment!

Never been a fan of his game or his attitude.

Is he related to Josh Caddy? Josh is a flog on and off the field.
I agree on his uncle. Hopefully he can change this narrative, as many kids are nothing like their family.

Important to consider that many draftees google themselves in interest and read this stuff. We shouldn't be casting judgement, without most of us knowing them at all.
