From the AGE Clarko wants nothing to do with the proposed mediation process to take place.
Apparently Clarkson went into a servo in Melbourne a while back - got abused and refused service.

That kind of thing would be incredibly traumatic for the bloke.

The fact that Hawthorn has let this drag on and on - and supposedly not even called Clarkson and Fagan to give their side of the story …. it just doesn’t seem right.

So whilst some just want to assume guilt because it suits their political leanings, due process should never be abandoned. In this case, it feels like it has.

It's clear someone at Hawthorn is happy for Clarko and Fagan to take the fall for everything which has happened. Whether they did or didn't do something I'm not touching but it seems more and more clear someone at Hawthorn did do something (my guess is Kennet)

A couple of ex Swans not quite making best 22.

Meanwhile, Collingwood has left Darcy Cameron out of its best 22 for the huge MCG clash on Sunday afternoon and is expected to bring the ruckman back as sub against the Blues, who have dropped midfielder George Hewett from the 22 and will start him on the bench as sub.

Cameron will be best 22 once match fit , been out for a while. Sub so they want him back.

Clutching at straws a little there red I think mate

It's pretty convenient for Hawthorn to pin all of their issues on people who are no longer with the club.

I think Hewett is struggling to go hard the whole game.
In turn the season.
A big readon why they are not dominating midfield.
When he was fully fresh, he & Cripps totally dominated the middle.
Even with Walsh back now they have dropped their output.

I think its a bit more nuanced than that.

Investigations into Racism are far far more different in the current climate than they were 5/10 years ago etc.

The processes that were established then. They simply don't exist or are appropriate nowadays.

There really seems to be a disconnect or misunderstanding re this.

The game is changing. Society is changing.

Saying that. It does seem fundamentally wrong that Clarkson and Fagan have been left out of this investigation. 8 months after the accusations were raised.

Fagan has received far less scrutiny than Clarko has during this saga.

You ask one party their version of events.

You ask the other party their version of events.

It’s pretty fundamental to any investigation, but it hasn’t happened.

No idea how it’s “not appropriate” nowadays.

Mate.
A sexual assault case . Can take literally months before full interviews are conducted.
Rape . You're looking at 12 months from allegation to action. Plus.
Sometimes longer. Unfortunately these cases proceed at glacial pace .

They don’t always play out in the public sphere though like this.
