Bot tocu?

I have been out of the country too long, completely missed this expression. What does it mean?

Bot Tocu was a Japanese kamikaze pilot in WWII famous for actually surviving after he crashed his plane into an Allied warship. He escaped the wreckage on the flight deck, and helped the Brits put out the fire and assisted in navigating the ship to safe waters. What he's saying is he needs to throw himself at the contest like a madman but without hurting himself, and then while no one is looking, swap jumpers and sneak into the Brisbane rooms after the game to sing the song and claim the win.

God, was just reminded of the Tim Watson led Saints who surrendered a massive lead to the Hawks and ended up losing the game and scarring the team for years.
