Correct. But it's not reasonable to suggest Himmelberg as a KPD when he's literally never been used there.
Surely ROB is a better option if that's what we are going to do.

ROB seems like quite an okay intercept mark. I'd rather he plays defense and Himmelberg in the ruck than the other way around if that's the only option

The amount of forwards that sucked that turned out to be handy KPDs is a big list.

Liam Jones was hopeless

He's played defence as a junior as did ROB.

Either would be a better option than Doedee on a 2m forward.

I would have gone Jack Heard but I'm biased towards Norwood players.

I would’ve too.. if Jack was 5cm taller.. at 190cm he’s just a bit short for an AFL KPD..

Although he gave a 200cm himmelburg a bath last year..

He's played plenty of defence at U18's/junior level...no different to ROB who played some defence for the Calder Cannons as a 19 year old when then teammate Jake Lever went down with his AC, prior to that ROB he shared ruck duties with Mark Kovacevic.

I posted a video last week that showed Berg playing in defence as a junior/U18's.

I suggest the Crows allow MK to have a part-time/honorary role with the Hurling And Gaelic Football Association Of South Australia to ameliorate his homesickness that he was prone to at Collingwood (even though Covid exacerbated that).

This would be one time that playing and living in Adelaide is a bonus, rather than playing and living in Melbourne.

Makes good sense swapping a 1st round for each of Dawson & Rankine... particularly when we avoid using out own...

It's safe to say the best 18 players in any year will change from one year to the next, picking the best at 18 years will never be definitive.
