Trading him out for a draft pick kid is pointless and gets us nowhere only going around in circles.

Could be a leadership group thing with a few exceptions.

To achieve excellence you need to be exposed to it and it seems like this is a very strategic move on the Club’s part to look at the mechanisms and strategies utilised by other sporting clubs.
