23. trade Ess for Dees F1

29. Alger/trainor

FWIW I'd rather just trade 1 for F1 and take Hannaford/Alger and Trainor but this is what I think will happen.

Gives us 3 1st rounders next year plus probs 1st pick 2nd round next year and still 7 players this year.

However, I doubt we’d go Berry, Datolli and Alger, they’re all small forwards. Datolli and Berry both can play mid, but at senior level would play forward, at least early on. Berry is the pick of them and good prospect for midfield later. Someone like Harry Oliver an athletic and polished defender might be the choice for Tigs instead of one of Datolli or Alger. We have shown a fair bit of interest in him.

For me this would be an amazing result with the great spread in differing types. I would take Hannaford ahead of Alger would be the only change. To get Smillie and Traior who were touted 1 & 2 end of July is an excellent result.
