I would have thought if we were contemplating our R2 for Parker + their R3 the report would read 'discussions are continuing' rather than 'North reject Sydney's request for 25'

With due respect to Hodge and Lewis, Parker has much better recent form and value to Sydney than they did to Hawthorn, and he is in contract. I think he will be an asset so I’m not going to get stressed about what it costs. Make a deal and do everything to make that the best decision.

I would agree that's why I said throw a F4 in it or we get something back. Straight 44 is too much imo. It will be 38/39.

The only way imo that we would offer 25 would be that we would have to split pick 2 into 2 early picks this year

Even if we split 2 we still shouldn't offer 25. Plenty of good KPF in that range. Future 2nd or our 3rd this year. Future 3rd for Parker if Sydney refuse our 61
