Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
That pick will be used prior to any bids for those twoWill they need it to draft their two FS’s?
You know he's going to do this! This is leading into Damos Sliding Doors

Have to factor in the 2nd & 3rd round junk picks that will get eaten up when Lions/Suns/* and co. match bids on their players. #39 will probably stay roughly where it is, #57 would come in a fair bit.How far will tarpies current pick's #39 and #57 blow out to after bid matching for father son's/academy pick's etc ?
I think that it is more likely a matter of the player/s we want with our first pick likely to still be available later in the top ten. I'm sure we would also be happy to split the pick for two this year, but there are fewer options for that. Adding a future first also gives us the option to trade out our F1 if we intend using later future picks as well. This may be helpful in a late deal for Houston if things fall through with Carlton.I’ll be very disappointed if we trade down to get a future first. All it does is set your list back a year. Kids already take time, why postpone it another 12 months? And this is meant to be a deep draft with a bunch of obvious gun mids + but the bracket of players ranked 10-20 has bunches of elite talent but project types.
Tbf, Mckay was heavily courted by the Hawks and it wasn't till later that the Bombers took centre stage and were all in on him.Yeh and this time last year you had heard McKay to the hawks.
Rohan not happening
Houston is not worth crazy offers, especially if he wants to go to Carlton. Get Daniel instead
Yes, and they thought lets give those campaigners really something to sook about!I think someone told the recruitment team to check out Big Footy for some ideas and they logged into the Kerridge thread!
Wouldn’t be surprised if the rules were changed. I think you cant trade futures two years in a rowI thought you couldn't trade a f1 and f2, yet the AFL article is suggesting Carlton do exactly that for a Houston trade...

Havnt Collingwood, Port, etc, traded like 4 in a row?Wouldn’t be surprised if the rules were changed. I think you cant trade futures two years in a row
Massive, massive overs. North conducting a 90s Freo-fleecing overs. Are Collingwood a genuine chance to get Gold Coast's pick #13 for John Noble ? seems like overs to me
I told you so on bigfooty is worse than the ice epidemicThere’s also the element that hope everything goes bad. “I told you so” can be quite intoxicating to some.
Also expect a few teams not pick beyond 45-50.Have to factor in the 2nd & 3rd round junk picks that will get eaten up when Lions/Suns/* and co. match bids on their players. #39 will probably stay roughly where it is, #57 would come in a fair bit.
A lot of it is media bs.Feels like we should just not announce our trade plans.
Every time a player we discover is gettable, 4 other clubs jump on them and they end up offering more.
And yet he's better and has more upside...Ford is on thin ice as it is.
100%
I can't wait for Houston to have another elite year and then be told he would have been shit at NM like if Watto was drafted instead of BGZ...I told you so on bigfooty is worse than the ice epidemic
