Looking at players and positions we finally have some degree of lost balance, still to work on but with the young age of these Rooboys the list finally has some exciting potential. Almost like last year was ground zero rebuild. Anyway, looking like Clarko and boys have something to get stuck in to and turn into something like gold. Apologises to any Joeys I’ve missed.

Little known fact but prior to the racism story breaking Cyril was set to be playing for us or potentially in a mentorship capacity with Clarko.

If he passed a medical, and was in reasonable shape, I'd be up for recruiting him. Imagine some Cyril magic in our forward line, even if just for a year or two. The type of player we've been desperate for!

Yeah, I'm not sure if anyone's seen any recent photos of him. It takes a fair bit of effort to lose that sort of weight

Throw money at Sam Darcy because he didn't cement a senior key forward spot in his first 6 months, might be up for a change.

Trade for Clayton Oliver. Quality premiership players don't become available too often.

Yes it seems implausible given Cyril and his wife's disdain for the club and the way things ended as well as their own apparent feelings about the broader experiences of other first nations families that were revealed in the leaked report. However, their concerns may well be targeted at certain individuals and they may well feel that a powerful statement can be made by supporting the new regime. The only thing we know for sure is that we know nothing in terms of what Cyril and Shannon are thinking or planning.

Cyril made claims against Kennett and Hawks but was still close with Clarko. Then he has backed the other claimants who were targeting Clarko.

I don't know where that puts him and Clarko but I don't imagine that he'll be playing footy at an elite level again, anyway.
