I believe the Kreuger bit, but find it hard to believe that Dean is fine. There's a 4th frame to this sequence where Deany is fine, but Kreugs' right leg has snapped off.
Thanks for your fantastic coverage of these training sessions. Can you tell me anything about Jasper Maher? Pommy in Oz seems to think we will pick him up as a McStay replacement. When and how would we do that?
Cant find too much about him, but played U18 for sturt this year. But think he is eligible for next years draft. Was on the U17 sanfl team this year.

A six-goal masterclass from Sturt excitement machine Jasper Maher catapulted his side to a 62-point win against Norwood at Wigan Oval.
With his team leading comfortably at every change, Maher piled on the scoreboard pressure with his six majors coming from seven scoring shots while also pulling down an eye-catching grab in the first quarter.

Oh they know hahaThe elevated viewing options at Vic Park sure do make a difference to your videos captures Jen. Perhaps you should be given an elevated spot at Olympic Park. BTW, has anybody at the club acknowledged your work at all, or are you treated with suspicion like I was?

He's no use to us next year, given he would be 17, and nobody can predict where he will be drafted so, so thats not even a sure thing as well end of next year.Well he would a great pickup but I am thinking that probably 17 other clubs have their fixed on him also, only 17 I would loved to get him in the ssp sessions but sadly it will not be allowed.
Judging from highlights he is somebody we should definitely trying to bring to the club in the future but again I think it will take more than our 2nd rd picks and it will solve the problems with McStays injury.
This is the best I could find from 2022. Means nothing I guess, because he could have grown 10 centimetres by now. Born in October 2006, so he's only just turned 17.Exactly. And is yet draftable.
I can't even find out his height lol
How would a 17 year old solve the problem with McStay's injury which puts him out of action for 2024?Well he would a great pickup but I am thinking that probably 17 other clubs have their fixed on him also, only 17 I would loved to get him in the ssp sessions but sadly it will not be allowed.

The 2030 problem however.Wont solve our 2024 problem thats for sure.
Sorry I should have edited that and said would not solve our McStay problem, i would not mind a look at him for the future but as I said 2nd rd picks will not get it done. How would a 17 year old solve the problem with McStay's injury which puts him out of action for 2024?
I saw a clip of him kicking 5 in the under 18s and then 6 in the seniors, I hope he does fall through the cracks but on what I saw I do not think so.Maher looks like the sort of guy that flukes a big goal game, everyone falls over him and never to be seen again after 3 games.
I'd take him. He seems to be one of those COVID kids who never really developed but is slowly catching up. Nothing surprising that COVID impacted things.Appreciate that you guys are not in a development phase, as such, but you have to just bank Eyre's talent.
Our list managent doesn't know its arse from its elbow so we recruit Eyre as 1 of 4 key/tall defenders in the 2020 draft (2 of whom were top 10 picks). We then give a perennially injured Stewart a 2 year deal near the end of 2022, in addition to recruiting Baldwin, and he gets squeezed off the list. There were other dumb decisions I won't bore you with.
Point is, Eyre was not delisted because he doesn't have more potential ability than anyone we recruited in 2020, there were bad management decisions and significant covid interruptions which were big factors.
No denying he was poor in the VFL until he was switched to defence about half way through 2022. His marking immediately improved (though that wouldn't have been hard).
He's a sublime athlete, in the 2.8s for the sprint, big leap, 6 20ish 2km time trial. He has a cannon for a left boot. He was certainly growing into his body as a 198cm 20 year old, with the square frame that can carry weight unlike the players we havent delisted (but it will take time to add).
He has raw football ability as opposed to just raw athletic ability. He missed a lot of development footy which meant it would always be a slower burn as tactical understanding was not great.
The system is insane if he is not given time to come good...and no I'm not related to him and don't know him.

Starts talking about Jasper around 11 minute mark.
I like him. He can run, really athletic. Had a really impressive season in the vfl this year. Prior to his hammy, played 9 games and clearly the club saw some promising signs.Appreciate that you guys are not in a development phase, as such, but you have to just bank Eyre's talent.
