Honesty this is reading less like Jen is biased against Sof and more like you’re biased toward him.I suppose when you read Eyre ‘smashed by Frampton for strength in one on one’s ‘ but it is ok he will get stronger , you hope there is not an agenda to promote Eyre at all costs.
Probably isn’t but it crosses your mind
I know Jen2310 is highly regarded but it’s a bit of stretch to think she’ll influence our list management.I suppose when you read Eyre ‘smashed by Frampton for strength in one on one’s ‘ but it is ok he will get stronger , you hope there is not an agenda to promote Eyre at all costs.

"Don't worry about it. Hey, take it easy."I don't have to do this. Reporting on training. I do this because I thought people appreciate it, I don't need to be accused of having some sort of agenda.
Because if it's like that -- Well, I can take my thoughts elsewhere.
I watch. I judge each session as it is and articulate my thoughts on the matter. Some players impress, some dont. I'm not in charge of how they perform at training. I don't need the stress of being accused of something that's clearly not true. I get enough of that on social media. I'd have a much easier time if I kept my thoughts to myself tbf, but here I thought it's something people enjoyed.
We can only judge from the outside. The rest is not up to us."Don't worry about it. Hey, take it easy."
Line from the Sopranos.. lol
Doing a great job Jen. Coaches do often see things differently to the rest of us but I agree with you.
Take Sofranides as an example.
I'm doubting he will make it.
Keep being you..
Please don't stop writing your reports Jen. For those of us who can't get to training, they are so appreciated.I don't have to do this. Reporting on training. I do this because I thought people appreciate it, I don't need to be accused of having some sort of agenda.

He looks slimmer but stronger. He’s able to cover a lot more ground.

Love your work Jen. Only do what you want to do and dont think you have to write reports. We can only judge from the outside. The rest is not up to us.
I am worried that if we don’t fit some of Macrae, Allan, Carmichael, McInnes, Johnson into the team then we are a big chance of losing some of them.
Jen, one swallow doth not a summer make. Similarly, one poster does not represent a consensus of opinion on your reports. I look forward to your reports (and those of others) and think you do us all a fantastic service. I want you to call it as you see it. Keep doing what you're doing - please!I don't have to do this. All managers have an eye on the future. It’s easy to see us running out in round 1 with basically our grand final line up with the exception of Schulz for Ginnivan.
Even though it would be a sign that we are still strong and keen I am worried that if we don’t fit some of Macrae, Allan, Carmichael, McInnes, Johnson into the team then we are a big chance of losing some of them. I think a few of those boys could have serious AFL careers.
This could hurt more as many of our premiership hero’s are close to the end like WHE, Howe, Sidey, Pendles, Mitch, Cox etc.
Do we just play for now or do we need to have an eye on the future?
It's going to be interesting to see which players come back with much more confidence after winning the premiership. Seems like Darcy could be one of them.Interesting that Jen once again made note of Darcy Cameron's strong marking.
It was something that stood out in the session at Morwell also and makes me think he's every chance of returning to form in this area in 2024.
Kicked over 20 goals in 21/22 which for a ruck option was an excellent return.
Given we just won the Premiership in a season he only nailed 5 goals and his marking average was the lowest since his arrival, you sense this is another area we could improve in this year as we seek to go back to back.
Reef is coming for that spot. His form is red hot on the track. And got called out by pendles, reckon that is telling. It's not a one man race tbh, so dont think we know how they will fill that role. They may go neither. They are keeping all options open.Hey Jen great work as usual and please ignore anyone critical of your outstanding work.
Anyway more importantly…
In your opinion from what you have seen and heard…is your guess round 1…assuming no more injuries or restings…that AJ starts in the team probably at Full Forward and Fin makes our team also?
Howe Murphy Maynard
Crisp Moore IQ
J.Daicos Pendlebury Sidebottom
DeGoey Mihocek Schultz
Elliot Johnson? Hill
Cox N.Daicos Mitchell
Cameron McCreery Markov Macrae?
Lipinski.
Emerg: McInnes WHE Frampton Noble Allan etc.
Personally I’d like to seek Reef in that team too but 24 into 23 does not go.
Jen, I'm quite sure that the vast majority absolutely appreciate your reports, myself included. The effort you put in is amazing. Some people will always want to criticise, mostly just for the sake of it. I used to get to training a bit but haven't been able to find the time for the last couple years, so to me any news is good news and what you provide is awesome imo. Everyone can make their own minds up on individual players and everyone won't always agree. But don't let that damper your spirits. You're a gem and we are lucky to be able to feast on the info you provide.I don't have to do this. Reporting on training.
