I guess my team hawthorn is happy I'm not a list manager because I rate the young men below.

Anyone have any insider info as to why the following didn't get drafted?

Greeves Understand concerns for his defensive pressure and wanting to run back on defence, but surely there has to be something more serious in the concerns area for him to not be drafted.

Hibbons-Hargraves I understand that he had a super inconsistent year, but was this not down to injuries and illness? What concerns were there for the young lad?

Onley I thought he looked good, plays inside and out, 195cm midfielder, cleans hands and solid build. What were the concerns for this young man?

Maybe they were not as dilligent with the off-feild component of the selection process and they interviewed poorly. The recruiters haven't got time for non-hackers.

Or they lacked the maturity and need to do better.
