Fair to say that most of the top 25 were at least on club radars while there were some bolters who came with a rush in the 2nd half of the year to get drafted in the first round.

Holy shyte, we got 4 of the top 11 rated. And that’s not even counting Sims, Armstrong and Faull

Just leaving any Reid talk to the side for the moment, it looks like at best we’ll be landing the 6th and 7th highest rated in the draft.

If we believe there is not a massive discrepancy between the 7th and say, 12th rated, might it be wise to trade down Pick #4 (which becomes #7) for Pick #9 or #10 and an early 2nd rounder?

Or even better, Pick #9-ish and another 1st rounder from 2026. Perhaps a team like Essendon or St Kilda might be keen?
