I'm trying to look for positives here, and so whether it's Brisbane or Geelong that wins, they will overtake Hawthorn as having the most premierships this century with 5. (5 is also the most Premierships won by a team since the AFL era began in 1990.)

Lachie starting as sub shows he's clearly not fit. Ballsy move by the lions.
Between him and Oscar they're carrying two blokes for emotional reasons. Feels like a big risk.

The issue with most audio at sports games is they play it so loud you can’t talk to people around you. Like they want to overwhelm the crowd noise instead of complimenting it, and the people responsible for the audio think they are the show.

They make that sound like it's a bad thing, that sounds funny as hell.
Kinda sounds like it punctures the reverance and sense of occasion of such a moment. Actually, it sounds like it takes the reverance of the moment out back and drowns it in a bucket.

And I'm in favour of the theme songs during H&A games. But here, just, na. The Grand Final needs to feel special, impartial and without gimmick or something to ruin its prestige (this is also coming from someone heavily pro night grand final too)

Music has it's place. Purple hat at 3QT is awesome.

After every goal though...absolutely not

I'll go back to yelling at the kids to get off the damn footpath now.

Fyfe and Walters not worth a ute ride as retiring chanpions, but Levi Casboult and Adam Tomlinson are? Ok
