WCE might have traded ahead of us regardless of where we had our selection originally, if they were keen to stop us getting Lindsay.

Unfortunately I think our trade downs have absolutely wrecked us here. We must have thought Lindsay, Murray, Kyle or Nairn have made it here and miscalculated

The first trade we did cost us though. Rather we have kept 11 or whatever it was originally, and taken a late pick. Than drop back a few spots.

We have missed out on our main targets for it. We missed out on the cut off of decent players by one pick.

The club will spin it that it was part of a plan, but you’d love to know the real situation.

Having spend a bit of time in SL never seen it properly replicated in Australia. It's the sheer consistency of cooking everything only in coconut oil and the use specifically of dried Maldives Fish (generally unavailable in Australia) to add unami zing to the dish that is the difference. Even more insight for everyone here!

With all of this boards favourites off the board. Its the perfect example of why you emotionally investing anything in a particular player when we started so far back in the pecking order was a complete waste of time.
