Agree, say whatever you want about Hammer but you can’t fault his effort and desire to give it a crackCamma has shown alot more willingness and intent than Doogs this year.
Were mid table anyway, cant see the point in persisting with Doogs when Camma might get beaten more often but has way more upside (IMO at least).
If ****ing King ever plays and we can afford to just let Camma play back just do that.
Gotta politely disagree.Nah, the footage of him leaving Wilson to cover Harry had nothing to do with his injury just pure laziness
Hopefully he goes at the end of the year
Yes - but will be gone by our pick (assuming we have one in the first place). Can't be bothered scrolling back through the last few pages in case it's been discussed but surely Liam McMahon is worth a look as an MSD pick?
198cm 23 years... looked like he had some nice forward craft & took a few good marks in dewy conditions on Saturday night.

Haha so still not top end cream of the crop mid. So if we don’t draft them and they don’t want to come to our club then we have to hope Miles ‘Dangerfield’ Bergman single-handedly can match it with midfields likeIf we could turn our first into Bergman and Allir, we'd walk out like theives.
Maybe Bergman and a future 2nd for our 1st, the future 2nd goes onto GWS? Dunno, probably needs some extra swaps as well.
All the teams know that draft pick value is going to be diminished this year, because of the diluted draft. We're gonna have to cough up, because our Pick 8 or whatever we end up with is probably gonna pick the 15th best player in the draft.

Its not even really about that. If Bergman costs a first and a mil a year its sunk money and picks. Hes not a midfielder. May as well target some fringe actual midfielder. The whole "worst case hes a handy mid sized defender" is actually a ****ing disaster if we trade a first and burn cap space on ANOTHER flanker.Didn't see any footy this weekend but re: Bergman if Joey says it has merit - then it has merit. He makes us a better team regardless of the position he plays imo, all comes down to cost.
Keen to hear alternative midfield targets.
ThisJames Worpal
Exactly. Smart man, always said it.Happy to give our 1st pick for Bergman ?
Do you mean Aleer? If so, sure, but thats a vastly different proposition to what is currently expected cost for Bergman. If we could turn our first into Bergman and Allir, we'd walk out like theives.

The only difference being there is a way to reduce the national debt. Our midfield issue is like the national debt it’s just passed on to the next generation![]()
King either has to start playing or we trade him.Gotta politely disagree.
Yep a few instances where he didn't put in the required.
But the bloke was limping.
Shouldn't never have been passed fit to play.
The loss of Battle has hurt us more than we might like to admit. Having that 3rd tall to chop out.
Can't use Hammer at present as we need him up forward.
So at present we need at least another Key Back if you got your wish to get rid of Howard. And that's with Hammer going back as well. On top we need at least another Key Forward. I'm not confident in Kings body holding up. I don't know how anyone could to be honest. And that's all before we start on the mids.
I doubt he’d cost a mill, however could be wrong. I am sure we are targeting any and all available/potentially available mids - of course we are.Its not even really about that. Probably highly unlikely, but imagine an off season where we are able to get TDK, Bergman and Aleer in without losing NWM or Marshall.
Would undoubtably propel us up the ladder.
Hes not a good enough kick to be Nas mk2.I doubt he’d cost a mill, however could be wrong. I am sure we are targeting any and all available/potentially available mids - of course we are.
Disaster is far too strong a description, if he was to take Nas’ spot on a flank and Nas moves mid as some want - that’s great. A more defensively capable flanker who can also be moved around on the rare occasion it’s needed.
To my eye he looks like a Weddle type.
Dougal Howard was exposed with some pretty damning footage in that same segment.
I wasn’t saying he’d “be a Nas”, I said he could take his spot on the flank. Others want Nas midfield, no idea what the coaches want.Hes not a good enough kick to be Nas mk2.
Its essentially all a discussion around whats he worth TO US.
If we wanna get him as a midfielder i think its a silly choice. No proven capacity in there, better off banking on our kids developing.
If we want him as a defender thats fine just dont overpay.
If he cost us a second and 800k, sure thing, why not.
Were changing our gamestyle then which seems more problematic than anything.I wasn’t saying he’d “be a Nas”, I said he could take his spot on the flank. Others want Nas midfield, no idea what the coaches want.
Sinclair would be the Nas as he’s done for years.
Have you seen the footage of Wilson yelling out to Howard to take Harry and Howard refusing to do it ? And Wilson had do it, that’s rubbish from HowardGotta politely disagree.

Nobody should be shooting over that lol that’s hugely in our favourBergman also makes sense as a sweetener if Nas wants out to Port (which i hope like **** isnt the case).
Butters and Bergman for the Nas and our first (dont shoot me, im hypothesizing)
Still going be very good players to draft with our 1st pickIf we could turn our first into Bergman and Allir, we'd walk out like theives.

We arnt in a position to knock back talent. If he wants to come to the club we need to make it happen
Wait so this entire time you've been giving me crap for Bergman's kicking and James Worpel is your alternative ?!
Like I get Bergman costs a late FRDP but deary me
Not if it’s a top ten. Late first at most
