The Players want to succeed ... not languish around 12th on the ladder.
If Carlton don't make the 8 next season ... then I'd expect more will want to leave.. and I wouldn't blame them.

It's fine to bring these names in but they aren't replacing who is going out. They should be more "adding to the depth we had" which was the messaging from the club. Will be difficult to replace the best 23 players with a bit of our draft capital already going towards Dean/Ison who are longer term prospects.

THe players don't believe in Voss and the club didn't sack him after the worst year imagineable. The player do not believe we are going anywhere. This decision to retain Voss is going to set the club back yet another 5 years.

Rubbish, best move ever. Get rid of every one on the list who doesnt want to be there. Nuffs enuff. Has it not ever occurred to anyone that the real problems at our club are finally being exposed? Get rid of em all.

People have had the knives out for TDK & Jack, but have been ultra defensive about Charlie.

It makes no sense given he's literally had the red carpet rolled out, and probably had 2 good years (Coleman years) since he was recruited. Yes he's a very talented and unstoppable force when 'on' but he's not really one who gives his all to the club.

You could even argue literally every serious injury that has kept him out or ruined his form has been caused outside of football (skateboard & basketball injuries) and have cost the club. He owes CFC a lot more than what he's given.
