Even mid 40s is not happening. Not early but I worry in the mid 30s.
Maybe THIS will help people come to understand that the club is throwing away its resources.Brisbane upgraded all their picks and swap Starcevich for #22.
Freo downgraded all their picks to upgrade #33 to #23
West Coast upgraded their first, downgraded their second and swapped Starcevich for #22.
Thanks for being the voice of reason
**** that! Stay on here and melt like a proper Freo fanI was thinking more along the lines of going outside, enjoying my life.

Pick 33 is not going to be pushed out nearly that much.By the time academy bids and father son are done it works out to be like
13 (Allen compo so not 12) to 19
19 to 28
Mcvee for 32-35
33 to 45
So it’s going to be
Pick 19 and 45 for 28 and 32(Mcvee)
It’s really not that bad of a deal once it’s all said and done
FMD. Are they proud of this? I’d be hiding this in the back of the stationery cupboard, not blasting it out over social media. I can’t believe freakin everyone isnt melting over this garbage.Club shared this on Facebook. Its right lol we have every right to melt

I doubt he's being bid on late as well!Whan is not being bid on early
Agree completelyIt just seems like such a nothing thing to be angry about. Got our guy early in the week which is a positive. And we threw in some late picks that will be worthless on draft night to get it done.
But the points!!! Yeah cool.
Come away still holding an early enough pick. Probably means we’re comfortable with our targets - which fits with what I’ve been saying about how teams will draft in the first round. And also probably means we only plan on one live pick plus an NGA late.
Pretty much this , nutshellI enjoyed the Snuff fishing last night.
But I'm ready to join the pitchfork line today.
This isn't about getting McVee which is a good choice, it's the not maximising resources around the margins, it's an elite sporting competition and we have enough areas of disadvantage without adding to it.
I don't care if we didn't rate the players at 33, find a way to turn it into value elsewhere.
Of course we would - trade it back, get something back.If we had #7 and then #49 - would we be melting over trading that top ten pick for Flanders?
In Ross we trustIf we had #7 and then #49 - would we be melting over trading that top ten pick for Flanders?
If we had #7 and then #49 - would we be melting over trading that top ten pick for Flanders?
Begs the question, if Whan isn't guaranteed to be bid on inside the top 40 in this draft, is he any good? That terrible pick swap has seriously made me question whether there's any talent in this draft.....

No point IMO.Surely we could've got a late pick back in the McVee trade?
