New boy Martin in for Macrae had a great debut. Pity I didn’t VC him, but I’ll take the score. Fingers crossed for Reid.

Gone my usual Xerri/Gawn combo for the VC/ C. Last year I didn’t get my Captains right almost any week. Paid the price. I talked myself into too many left field choices. Last few weeks have been better. Don’t want to break the cycle.
