Edwards 20% DE not his best game

Tbf to Will he has been pretty good this year especially against NM

Buller it doesn't help that we have no AFL listed players in the midfield aside from Sheldrick, always seems to struggle to get good service.

Buller good 5 minutes thanks for calling him out. Call out Sheldrick?
That’s fair to some degree but I just don’t feel he is improving/stepping up.

A few players have plateaued Mitchell, Edwards, Buller, Kirk even Sheldrick.

Green I have some concerns too but he has a lot more time and development than the aforementioned.

Bowman looks good. More physicality and involvement.

In his early VFL games, he looked quick and had a powerful kick. But seemed a bit hesitant at the contest so I thought he would be a longer term prospect who would need to bulk up a bit.

If Bowman keeps developing, he might be a chance of a debut later in the season in the Hanily/Corey/Cleary role as a quick forward flanker with more natural forward instincts.

I agree that Buller is hampered by poor service. I've seen him do some good stuff when we string together some good movement, including today. Wouldn't necessarily write him off.

Sheldrick was pretty good that quarter but let down by some poor disposal (as usual). Also should've done a bit better with the shot on goal on the run - didn't even get close to making the distance.

Hamling excellent. Great kick that ultimately set up the Kirk goal.

Best quarter I've seen Bowman play.

I would really like to start seeing glimpses from Green.

I can’t help but wonder if Sheldrick has fully recovered from the syndesmosis.

He was kicking goals from 50 at age 17.

Syndesmosis is a nasty one & it can take a loooong time to get the ankle fully strengthened again.

He’s getting plenty of the ball, effective at stoppage - but he’s just lost the kicking penetration, which he previously had.

I still remember that game v Lions where he was just nailing them. I really thought we had found a player. As tough as Parks but a better kick. If he doesn't make it in the final wash up, it will be such a shame.
