Yeah depends what salary cap pies have left to get close to ours

But when you spend 900k on Perryman and another 900k on Houston I doubt you have enough to get close to our offer

I reckon the afl will cover a portion of Pendles salary for a year because it'll be good for the game to have a Collingwood player break the all time games record.

Can't imagine Oscar Allen would want to go from losing games in front of big crowds to losing games in front of small crowds, tbh.

TdK would be beaten up by Trstan Xerri every day, not just once or twice a year, which wouldn't sound appealing to his family.

Hawks players are mostly tossers so that's a no frin me on Worpel.

Which leaves Starcevich, who I couldn't pick out of a line-up.

Given his concussion history, I'd say he's too risky. His last one was triggered by a fairly minor bump that led to several months out. It was also his third concussion in 12 months. One more big bump could be the end of his career.

Pendles deserves another year, been an unbelievable player and so consistent. You do have to feel for Boomer though, he was fully robbed of at least one more year, even if he didn’t play every game.

First thing, several respected posters on here are very confident McCartney will choose us, personally I’m not buying in to this latest “ITK”.

Second thing bigger picture with Father Sons, what do you honestly expect the club to do it’s the kid’s decision / career they are going to do what’s best for them. It’s no different to free agents, until we’re competitive we’re not an attractive proposition, no amount of engagement is going to change that.

Positions aren’t prob exact but personnel pretty close I reckon. Corr & LMac will be out of contract & retired. Parker may go around again but shows we have a heap of wings/ mids even Half backs with goater, Daniel etc.

Glaring thing for me is FB, CHF and small forward…what happens ?!?’ Shows we need to be quite strategic on game time this year & next with Mayley, W Dawson…if they don’t develop we need to trade someone in badly. Also, the other big one FB. We need to find out about Logue, Pink & KD…if they aren’t up to it for 2027 we have to trade in there also. Then small forward…no idea ?!?!
