Why did we waste Treloar here?

He has missed a lot of football. He did his last injury 10 minutes into a game. Playing this well, regardless of level, would be great boost for his confidence.

You play him the full game and risk something else happening when we have a huge game next week.

But we don’t know what the plan is yet, we’ll find out in the second half.

My point exactly. If he can’t prove he can handle a full VFL game then he can’t be risked at senior level in such a cutthroat match next week.

Williams did a couple of nice things that half, got ignored a few times when he made some nice run to receive and a few leads where the ball went over his head. Moves around the ground well, good size.
Think he has the tools to be developed as a midfielder / utility (hopefully he elects to be taken by us under NGA). Will be a good late pick up.

You’d imagine so. He is dominating. If he pulls up well, I think he’d be very close to be selected (even if it is as sub)

He was AA last year and would be in our top 10 players if you’re playing him a full game here you can play him against half a wafl side

Its worth proving to himself that he can do it. He suffers doubt.

He's playing without the tentativeness we saw earlier in the year. If he gets hurt he gets hurt but what's a real liability is when he was out there playing reserved, hindering the team. Seems to have gotten over that this time around.

He's looking like we could probably have picked him today in what should be a low risk game against West Coast.

Next week is unofficially an elimination final, would be madness to have him watching if he's available. If you have to drop a McNeil or Baker to do that it should be a fairly easy call. He is more of an injury risk than either, but these are gambles you take. Sub would be tempting but could also just start him and sub for Garcia if he does get hurt.

I am going n the fence with Poulter but is having a crack. He seems to have more courage at this level? Maybe less afraid to fail? Trelor - so far ahead it is crazy. Next best probably Scott and Duryea but daylight.

Jacques quiet. L Smith and A Jones also have a crack. Sellwood looking good. Walker has had moments.

Buku could have had 4-5 but like others here - if he misses it or if the balls is coming out of defence his chase looks really really bad.

Coffield also looks very good at time but has clear weaknesses - he has a lazy kick - it is like a chip into a bin rather than a powerful dart - always puts receiver under pressure.

Great seeing Kobe - bigger than I thought - has done some good things.
