Is they are saying he is back by round 15, and we don't get an LTI between now and then then we won't have a pick.

If you are talking pure defender then yes. He is a really good stopper, gets a lot of spoils.

Doesn’t offer much else though, but he is still young so could improve his intercepting etc

But if I had a choice between thredgold playing 6 rounds vfl vs a msd pick and giving thredgold more rehab time

It’s the latter every day of the week

Ranked 1st in comp for spoils, top 3 at Werribee for intercepts possessions, intercept marks and disposal efficiency.

He’s improved again this year.

There is no way Tovey doesn’t get picked up in the MSD.

Won the EFNL league BnF last year and missed a fair few games.

20 years old, strong inside mid, 195cm. Dominant start to the year pushing forward and kicking goals. His kicking is scratchy, but his ability to win the footy and get forward and be a contested marking threat is very unique.

Not sure if he will be on our radar but have no doubt he’ll get picked up.

You would think he’d be in the conversation at several clubs. Worth a punt for a 6 month contract.

Jackson Voss from Frankston looks likely to be taken in the MSD. Plenty of suitors looking for half back depth.

I've always liked him, tough, reliable defensively and a good ground level player.

If Bamret gets selected in the MSD (hopefully by us) does this mean that we have had a player taken from our VFL program in the last 3 mid-season drafts, C Lord (Blues), Trembath (us) and Bamret.

Pretty good marketing tool for the best undrafted talent i would have thought moving forward.

Yep that’s correct. Historically we have been hopeless in this area. BH led the way for a long time. Then Werribee and now us. 4 would be a great selling tool.

Very likely that Tarrant gets picked too. A few clubs desperately needing Key Forward depth.
