Best 18 for 4 weeks early and presumably once that ends you do your ruck upgrades early. Biggest issue is potentially wasting 2x forward rookie spots on ruck forwards.
Would probably only go 3 rather then 4 and cop a donut or 2

2. Some teams will utilise a tall forward for a percentage of Ruck duties. (Nothing new here)
3. Teams that don’t have a forward ruck will play an extra Ruck that is either tall (above 200cm) or is athletic enough to jump high for centre bounce duties.

Suns won't play Witts and Moyle together without injuries. Read will do some rucking as will Walter
Heard a little talk about Keeler not enough though for me to deep dive into him though. Will change Saints to (???) for reserve.
On the Pies , they were tough to get ruck info apart from Cameron and Steene. McStay may ruck forward 50, probably not enough stats to be given a DPP ruck position (like say Cripps) so easier to leave off list.
List was more a guide for players who are or might get eligible Ruck position in SuperCoach.

Tigers have a new train on in Boston Dowling, might get a couple of games early with LeFau and Sims missing, Fawcett also a chance.
I don't see a team with all of Dear, Lewis, Gunston, Chol, Reeves and Meek in it. Especially after the failed Frost sub experimenr last year.
There were a few teams that are definite solo rucks so I only listed them like that.
For teams where I didn’t know who clearly was the No.1 Ruck I have listed both top options like Witts and Moyle.
My point was that more teams will play 2 rucks than teams that will play just one. Increasing to possible ruck pool for legitimate options to select onfield in SuperCoach.
In reality I have only a list of 8 or 9 legitimate options in the sub $350K market. Which could validate a team build around a non-Premo ruck Draft.
Building a risky team like this may scrape through to Round 6-7 and would then need upgrade priority.
Hopefully with Uber Premo Rucks having lost over $100K in their starting price, which I think is over inflated.

Time will tell. The gun rucks will find a way to make the new rules work, as will their coaches. Watch players pile on to tackles and get up slowly to give the ruck more time to get there this weekend for example.
It may be that playing an extra runner is more beneficial in a faster AFL world than a second ruck.
Teams with a forward that can impact as ruck might benefit most.

I had to include with some teams last year’s clear No.1 ruck along with a guy who might have passed them on the pecking order especially if neither ruck had a secondary position like a Ruck/FWD.
Do these teams go for the old tap ruckman versus the athletic jumping one.

Ramsden for Hawthorn. Although he's very part time and more valuable as a legitimate tall forward.

Madden looks like he could play FWD which may earn him a spot.
Out of these two I wouldn’t pick either. Other teams seem to have more viable options in the Cheapy range.
Couldn’t list all part timers. Was only targeting guys who could get or have Ruck eligibility.
Listed Cripps only because we all have seen him take some around the ground ruck contests. Which I guess is only last resort and Cripps wont get Ruck DPP.
