Trying to decide that one myself.

Grundy solo ruck and probably has the ceiling.

Jackson seems to get points for breathing, and is his teams most important player.

Tough choice, but the money saved means I can go one up one down next week rather than boosting.

I don't think you can go wrong with either. Does the $60k get you an upgrade next week? If not, it's not really that much. Some of your rookies will make close to that after this weekend.

I'm sure Darcy will get rested at stages, but Cox will come in, they're adamant on the 2 rucks. That limits Jackson's ceiling.

McAndrew at R2 for the foreseeable future.

Or until he maxes out and drops off, or the ruck I want bottoms out.

Gotta remember this bloke is getting used to rucking at AFL level week in, week out. No reason why he won't keep improving. Who knows, he might be a keeper.

If Grundy outscores Jackson by 10 points across the season it's worth it. 60k is worth about 11 points. I personally think Jackson is capped to around 115-120 with the dual ruck setup, Grundy likely 125-130 similar to Gawn. He went 125 last season and he only really started playing like the uber premo ruck he used to be from R9. Also have to consider captain scores IMO, those ceiling scores you captain Grundy for give you extra value, especially with his low ownership (Grundy 12% owned, Jackson 33%), unless you think you will VC/C Jackson just as much as you would Grundy.

Also have Gawn, so it's likely English to Grundy (considering NAS, as I think he goes massive against Port who provide zero defensive resistance to mids, but the respective B/E's clinch it). Also think the ideal final teams will have 3 premo rucks in it, and I don't think the top 3 includes Jackson. Of course I have loads of cash in my bank due to having had to trade out so many injured premos and shit mid pricers, so that helps make the decision easier for me, as I can still upgrade to a NAS next week almost in one trade.

Last year he had a run of 161, 155, 159, 179, 127, 154, 153, 137, 200.

158 average over 9 games.

Jackson had 5 games over 125 for the season. 3 over 150.
