The look on his face when he was walking off, poor bugger. Heal well young man. This is what happens when underdeveloped kids get ‘game time’.
Thats what you get when you blind kick over your shoulder and not ******* look for your target. DumbWas no way ready to play.
Gross negligence picking him in an AFL game. Nowhere near ready.
Then again Trust in Nobles.
I'd like to hear from all those posters who continue with their ...the club will know the right time to bring in young players ...they are with them day in day out....they will make the right call.....Gross negligence picking him in an AFL game. Nowhere near ready.

We all saw Bergman in pre season and while he looked a likely type he was clearly 2-3 years away from senior football in a physical sense - didn't take any type of PE training - or any training of any sort - to understand that.
Nekminnet - let's play him in the seniors - all 70's kilo's ringing wet.
FFS at what point does the FD become accountable for this shite?
Its not the size of the dog… its the fact he didn’t loop a handball to a player to lock the ball down. Hope he recovers, he showed good form in the scoobs. Just think our players, across the board need to be advised whilst in defence to play %’s unless you have a direct outCould easily happen in the VFL also.
Agree he wasn’t ready but had been playing well enough to be an emergency for a few weeks so in some way deserved a chance also.

It was pretty much the perfect storm. Young skinny kid who hadn’t yet adjusted to the speed of the game who got caught in a vulnerable position.Could easily happen in the VFL also.

He looked physically underquipped for u18 football. Strange promotion.
He wasn’t picked. He was the late in and they made Atu sub.How come no one was saying he’s to skinny to play before the game.
There’s a few skinny guys out there playing afl with no issue - sometimes you just get hit wrong
