Looks like a Harris Andrews body, love it.
Long levers, composure, excellent foot skills, hardly any decent tall defender depth.

I feel like we tend to send the natural forwards back and the natural backs forwardLong levers, composure, excellent foot skills, hardly any decent tall defender depth.

I read somewhere that Thilthorpe credits his muscle gain to being able to spend more time in the gym when he was recovering from his knee injury in 2024.Has the frame to build into being a big unit.
Give him another 4 pre seasons in the gym & let's see how big he ends up.
Remember that Thilthorpe really became a monster in the last year & a half. He's heading into his sixth season.

Can you please clarify the following. Lachie Hansen took a long time to pay off but in the end didn’t become the player we hoped for. What sort of pay off is that? :stern lookSo if Whitlock was in this years upcoming draft where would he go ?. I would think fairly high up and being that tall key position players dont normally go very high up unless they are very special players it has me thinking we may have made the right decision with him but like always time will tell. I remember when we recruited Lachie Hansen that took a long time to pay off and in the end he really didnt become the player we hoped for. I think Whitlock may prove otherwise ?
Basically Hansen was a fairly good player after a very slow beginning to his career. Played some really good games at times but overall was a disappointing because he never reached the level we were hoping for a player picked as high up in the draft as he was. Hope that clears it up for you a bit. If not I think you get my driftCan you please clarify the following. Have we seen the bro comparison this year though? Now those are good signs. Lookedto be falling behind his brother in the rig department last year. That's a solid catch up spurt
He will IMO. He was honestly borderline tearing apart games in the VFL later this year while still built like a twig. There was a reason he got put in the AFL way too early - and it wasn't because he was physically ready. He has everything going for him and just needs time for the body to catch up.Good but needs to coincide with him smashing the VFL and getting AFL games in 26.
Actually checked myself. Tracking ok.

This doesn’t happen at North.. Great work from the young man
No current season stats available
That’s no Adam’s apple that’s Adam’s orchard.Still has a ways to grow into that Adam’s apple.
JackWho was considered the better Whitlock at under 18 level, Matt or Jack?
Well there are definitely less flattering pictures of his physique in his first year. It’s progress.
