Somewhat similar here, no fan of Trump to be sure but it ain't like the Democrats are doing much you can get behind.
None of that makes any difference in assessing the clear difference (IMO of course) between Trump's recent actions and that of previous admins re: the media.

Actually no, only a portion of the right. Just as the words on your list are only regularly used by a portion of the left. Pretending behaviors typically coming from the more extreme ends of the spectrum are applicable to the majority does no one any favours, on either side.

Trump only employs the best people, Trey Glenn. Another one is being charged for ethics breaches and this guy was working for the EPA.
EPA Region 4 Administrator, at 2017 Trump appointee, has been indicted by a Jefferson County, Alabama, grand jury for ethics violations, along with his former business partner, former Alabama Environmental Management Commissioner Scott Phillips.
Charges include multiple violations of Alabama’s Ethics Act, including soliciting a thing of value from a principal, lobbyist or subordinate, and receiving money in addition that received in one’s official capacity, according to the Alabama Ethics Commission.
After he was appointed to the EPA position, Glenn reported income from numerous public and private entities, including the BCA, City of Birmingham, Birmingham Jefferson County Transit Authority, Matrix LLC, Blue Ridge Partners, Strada and Big Sky Environmental.
Big Sky Environmental made headlines this year after it accepted human feces from New York for disposal at its Adamsville landfill. A train that delivered that refuse stunk up the surrounding community and after national news coverage became known as the “poop train.”
When I first read the story about the "poop train" I couldn't believe it. 10 Million pounds of poop from NY and NJ was transported by train to a town in Alabama, it was subsequently moved to two other towns because residents complained about the smell. Have no idea where it ended up but surely in this day and age NY and NJ don't have sewerage waste problems. More...

When the term 'press pass' used, everyone knows what we're talking about. Literally no-one is reading that thinking the bloke cannot be a journalist anymore, and its not being framed that way by any media. Literally everyone knows it simply means he can't access the WH any more.

When the term "press pass" is used it suggests that Acosta's press credentials have been revoked. While this might help CNN arguments in court it is simply not true. It is, in fact, a lie.
The hard pass is not a press pass. It can be issued to anybody, as I understand it, with the approval of WH (probably COS) . It enables the recipient to enter the WH without escort.

It helps CNN win nothing, they are not doing it for any advantage - as evidenced by literally every other outlet, including conservative ones, using the same terminology. Do you imagine in a court of law anyone will be under the impression they're talking about his overall accreditation rather then his WH pass? Its ludicrous.
Provide one example of someone other than yourself reporting, complaining or commenting that Acosta's overall accreditation has been removed.

That's how accreditation works, its provided by the entities on which a journalist is reporting. A general "press pass" that gets you access beyond the general public in all situations (you know, the thing you think the media pretending this is about) isn't even a thing, it doesn't exist - which is why no-one (except you for some reason) needs it spelled out in such minutiae in this case.

I knew it was a hard pass and that was the real news and the real pass Acosta had lost, not a press pass.
But by the time was researching to find a link the fake news had overtaken it almost completely.

Not a thing. Media outlets can give their employees one or you can print your own, but it doesn't mean you get any additional access.
To get that you need accreditation provided by specific entities the journo is covering.
Squabbling over the wording of the pass that was suspended but no issues with the doctored footage put out by the WH.
