I don't see Baker as the most improved player this year. I think that's Bolton.
Baker has improved for sure, but I think too many forget how good he finished off last year.

What a pick up
Great to watch, courageous and so reliable. Important member of the defence, but curious to see how he would go up forward again, given our smalls struggling generally atm. Surely it’s an option.

Always hits a target and makes the right decisions with ball in hand.
Yes he’s playing very well in his current role but imo would be just as damaging as a small forward.
Dimma most likely won’t move him but with the lack of impact our small forwards are having he’d improve that area

Mark Merenda
Hes a gun, one of the cleanest players in the side by hand, foot and overhead for his size. Could play forward, back or middle but maybe worth a go forward as we are desperate for goals and someone that can actually use the football inside 50.
His last 12 months have been great. Finished off 2019 strongly and hasn't skipped a beat this year. Remarkable when plenty of other players have dropped off this season in terms of skills etc.

Seems he would be wasted up fwd.
If anything I'd add him to the midfield rotation similar to Caleb Daniels.
Do it this year.Confident he'll succeed.
If so turn our attention to someone like paply in the off season.
Imagine a fwd line of 3 different types.
Lynch/Dusty & Papley.
